ARC operates a network of eight affiliate centers in the Russian Far East. Through these business development and training centers in Khabarovsk, Yuzhno-Sakhalinsk, Magadan, Blagoveschensk, Petropavlovsk-Kamchatsky, Komsomolsk, Yakutsk and Vladivostok, ARC advances Alaska’s efforts to share with Russia its considerable expertise on Northern economic, social and technical development.

Each affiliate center develops and conducts course s and pilot programs designed to improve the business climate and foster SME development growth. Each offers subsidized basic business training for individuals who have little or no experience in business and fee -for -service advanced business courses and consulting for experienced managers and mid-level business professional. ARC’s affiliate centers in Khabarovsk, Sakhalin and Vladivostok also provide training for technical professionals and potential trainers on project management and logistics management.
