ARC is funded through a grant for sustainable small and medium enterprise development in the Russian Far East by the U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID).

The support of the University of Alaska Anchorage and the Anchorage business community is instrumental to the success of ARC's programs. Professors and business professionals teaching about their specializations and their experience are the core of ARC's practical business skill training program.

Private persons who volunteer their time and assist as drivers, translators, host families and in other areas are also an important part of ARC's success.
